This procedure is done in those patients who eat lot of tobacco or beetle nut (supari) or those who are in the habit of grinding their teeth at night, because of these habits their teeth get attrited and they show typical symptoms of headache near the ear sometimes pain in chewing and sensitivity of teeth.

In this treatment we have to cap most of their teeth to give them proper height and function.
